不管什么刻录软件，都要先编码，在刻录！
如果你使用的是nero，看看这个：
让RMVB直接刻录为VCD 插件nxMyReal.dll
我把文件放到C:\Program Files\Fichiers communs\Ahead\AudioPlugins和
C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero 7\Nero Fast CD-DVD Burning Plug-in
RealMediaSplitter C:\WINDOWS\system32
RealMediaSplitter在“执行”里输入:regsvr32 RealMediaSplitter.ax
要安装Realone解码器 For Windows Media Player
找到要烧录成VCD的rmvb文件，重命名为avi文件
请直接用Nero Burning Rom里的vcd选项去烧录便会成功!!!!
1、Rmvb to Vcd Plugin for Nero
使用该插件可以让Nero直接刻录RM/RMVB为VCD。
解压nxMyReal.dll到:
对于 Nero version 5, 解压到...\Ahead\Shared\下面的视频插件文件夹里；
对于 Nero version 6,解压到\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\下面的视频插件文件夹里.。
启动Nero后就可以了！
安装了RmvbtoVcd Plugin for Nero，就可以像用MPEG、AVI、WMV刻Vcd一样，直接在nero里拖放就成。
2、APE to Cd Plugin for Nero
使用该插件可以让Nero直接刻录APE音乐。
解压nxMyAPE.dll到:
For Nero version 5, unzip the plugin DLL into "...\Ahead\Shared\AudioPlugins" directory.
For Nero version 6, unzip the plugin DLL into "\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\AudioPlugins" directory.
启动Nero后就可以了！
安装了ape plugin for nero，就可以像用wav、mp3刻cd一样，直接在nero里拖放就成。
利用nero把rmvb快速制作成VCD
自己还没实验，我是在网上看到的。现在在BT上下的好电影都是RMVB的格式的。
想刻成VCD在DVD中播放还是个难题哦。不过有网友提出用以下的方法可以见效，
大家不妨试验一下哈。嘿嘿。有几种方法：
图片放在GOOGLE上，如果你没能看到图片，证明你暂时无法访问GOOGLE。很正常哈，
国家封锁的。嘿嘿。
我推荐的方法（可用哦）：
一、确定计算机上安装了RealPlayer 10.5，如果没有，就在www.real.com里下载。
二、将realmediasplitter.zip里的RealMediaSplitter.ax（98/ME的用Release活页夹里的，2000/XP/2003用
Realease Unicode活页夹里的）解压缩至Windows目录下的System32活页夹。
RealMediaSplitter.ax下载点：http://cnmaths.googlepages.com/realmediasplitter.zip
三、在“执行”里输入:regsvr32 RealMediaSplitter.ax
按“确定”后会提示成功。
四、在“控制面板”里打开“活页夹选项”，在“查看”里，将“隐藏已知文件的扩展名”
选项前的打勾去掉，按
「确定」。
五、找到要烧录成VCD的rmvb文件，重命名为avi文件。
（文件名尾的扩展名“.rmvb”改成“.avi”。如“1.rmvb”
就改成“1.avi”。）
六、用Nero 6.6将转换后的文件进行烧录。
(请直接用Nero Burning Rom里的vcd选项去烧录便会成功，
如果由Nero StartSmart去进行则可能会失败，
这是本人测试的结果，也许其它人可以？)
经测试一片50分钟246mb大小的rmvb影片，烧出来为496mb左右大小的vcd，约需五十几分钟，速度快
慢会因每个人计算机配备好坏而异。
注:实际上烧录的时间只有不到三分钟吧！
但是Nero将rmvb档转成vcd的dat档需要五十分钟左右，
研究了一个晚上出来的，不用经过转换rmvb到mpg这一步了。
1、打开nero选择制作VCD。
2、选择视频源rmvb文件，注意选择文件类型为“所有文件”。
3、这步最重要，把选择文件的.rmvb扩展名改成.avi然后继续下一步。
（若直接改成mpg有些视频文件会认不出来）
4、制作VCD前nero会自动转换视频编码以适应VCD的需要，等待编码结束后即可刻录完成。
整个过程大概需要25分钟，根据选择的视频文件大小及机器配置时间也有差异。
（本人选择的rmvb文件大小160M，机器配置AthlonXP 2500+，1G内存，普通PATA硬盘）
如有更简单的方法请说明，不胜感激！
★现在网上好多电影格式为Rmvb、Rm，
以前找的视频转换工具比如MainConcept MPEG Encoder1.41、EO Video、RMTOMPEG
等都难以将Rmvb/Rm格式转化为Mpeg，把电影刻成VCD的梦因此而破灭！
经本人千辛万苦找的这款工具Boilsoft RM Converter v2.21能将
Rmvb/Rm格式转换为Mpeg等刻VCD需要的格式，注册码已经包含在下载的文件夹里面，
安装完后点"Register"注册一下即可！。本人已经试过，转换前后效果相同。
★该文件包含一个视频分解/合并工具TMPGEnc。如果你的电影文件是个单独的，
转换后的文件大小远远超过了700M，就用这个工具对Mpeg文件进行分割，以便能刻到VCD上。
注册码、使用教程均包含在里面。
★压缩时间的长短要看视频文件的大小和CPU的利用情况，需耐心等待！建议在休息时间进行！
★本人已测试过，在这里推荐给大家使用！
将rmvb(rm)视频文件刻录成VCD的简单方法
首先要安装几个软件：Windows Media Player（微软播放器）必须有，
暴风影音5.11（播放器）不要高于这个版本，
这样做是为了使你的Windows Media Player能够播放rmvb(rm)视频文件，
如果以前安装过rmvb视频解码器必须卸载，
本人保留的播放器还有RealPlayer千千静听这两个可有可无。
现在试一试Windows Media Player能不能播放rmvb视频文件，如果可以继续，
将rmvb(rm)文件的扩展名改成avi不要理会系统的提示（如果更改扩展名文件将不可用），
点击确定（（（如果看不见扩展名，需要关闭“隐藏已知文件类型的扩展名”
关闭步骤打开“我的电脑”单击“文件”按钮选择“文件夹选项”进入“查看”
下拉就看见了，把“隐藏已知文件类型的扩展名”的勾选去掉点击“确定”）））。
好了现在运行Nero选择“照片和视频”菜单，在“制作视频光盘”上面单击右键选择第二个
“运行”里面的“Nero Express”单击，进入添加文件界面，
如果你更改扩展名的文件可以添加进入就可以进行“下一步”
“下一步”Nero Express会对你的视频文件进行重新编码然后刻录
（这是一个漫长的过程，时间长短取决于你的电脑配置）在此期间不要任何运行音视频工具
（听音乐看电影）和一些大型软件防止刻录中途失败前功尽弃！！！！！
如果需要分割rmvb文件（一张光盘只能刻录８０分钟的视频，片头片尾烦人）
可以安装RealMedia Editor！
Nero把Rmvb直接刻成Vcd插件补丁DLL文件
把nxMyReal.dll复制到安装目录
或者使用这个方法【网上流传的】：
打开NERO，选择制作VCD，在添加文件窗口中将文件类型选成“所有文件*.*”，然后将需要添加的RM文件扩展名改为AVI，添加后开始刻录，100M的视频文件整个过程用了不到20分钟
